Quiet your mind, reduce stress, and improve your balance, posture, and strength through the ancient Chinese technique of Tai Chi, practiced amidst the beauty and serenity of Greenwood Gardens. This graceful form of exercise is akin to meditation in motion as various self-defense forms are connected in a fluid, slow-motion sequence. Carl, an experienced instructor, will teach a variety of short Tai Chi flows you can enjoy practicing at home. Beginners welcome.
